  I have been a loyal customer of this store for years and own many Christian Louboutin pieces. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has changed how I view this location. I recently purchased two items — neither inexpensive. After getting home and trying the shoes on again, I realized they were slightly too big. They were never worn outside. It may have been that my feet were swollen the day of purchase. I fully understand that the items were marked as final sale, and that policy was disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I was not confused about the policy. I was simply hoping for consideration. I called the store to ask if an exchange for a smaller size might be possible. I was not asking for a refund. I have the receipt, the purchase is connected to my profile and phone number, and I am a repeat customer who has invested significantly in this brand. The associate on the phone confirmed the smaller size was available but refused to hold it and would not allow me to briefly speak with the manager. I explained that I live 30–45 minutes away depending on traffic and did not want to make the drive unnecessarily. Despite this, I drove to the store in person. When I spoke with the manager, the interaction lasted only moments. There was no real conversation, no attempt to understand the situation, and no willingness to consider any exception. It was a quick and dismissive refusal. I respect store policies. I am not arguing against final sale. What disappointed me was the complete lack of effort to even consider the request. Luxury brands are not built only on strict rules — they are built on relationships and customer experience. Perhaps I had the assumption that loyalty and repeat business would matter. In this case, it was made clear that it does not. That realization was more disappointing than the policy itself.

  On Tuesday, I contacted the store requesting photos of items I was interested in purchasing for my fiancé for our upcoming wedding. I was told that a client advisor would be texting me with photos. After not receiving any communication for two days, I called again and explained the situation. I was once again assured that I would be contacted today — and unfortunately, I still have not heard from anyone. As a client who was ready and willing to purchase, this lack of follow-up feels incredibly discouraging. It gives the impression that clients who are not physically in store are not prioritized or valued. Clear communication and reliability are especially important when clients are making meaningful purchases, such as for a wedding. At this point, I cannot confidently refer this outlet to friends, family, or colleagues based on this experience. I just spent $2,000 on my wedding day bridal shoes online, and experiences like this genuinely make me question whether I want to wear Louboutin on my wedding day.
