I have never received treatment like that. It was 5pm. His body language was poor, upseting and not welcoming. Boss spends millions in ad's but could alocate better training for staff.

The store offers a good selection of sale items, but it definitely needs more attentive and knowledgeable staff who can truly represent the elegance of the brand and provide better customer service.
