  ⸻ Feb 17/2026. Sawgrass Mall .I went to the Hugo Boss store to buy a pair of men’s pants. I noticed they offered tailoring services, so I decided to pay $25 to have the length adjusted. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized the measurements were taken incorrectly. The next day, I returned to the store to return the pants. The manager agreed to refund the pants but refused to refund the $25 tailoring fee. After a long discussion involving multiple managers, they all repeated the same thing. I told them I had spent $600 in one day, and they were willing to argue over $25 for a job that was done incorrectly. After all that back and forth, they finally refunded the $25—but honestly, it was done reluctantly. Let me say this to the managers: stop arguing over trivial things when you know the customer is right. These companies can let you go at any time, and you are the ones left stressed and worn out over something unnecessary. In the end, you gave me back the $25 I paid—there was no need for so much arguing, especially since it was money I was entitled to. And just to be clear, you were not doing me any favor.

  My sons liked the suits but they were out of stock due to the sale. The salesman said he will honor the price when they come in again. After so many times calling him and he did not answer nor return calls, my sons returned to the store for the suits. This salesman wasted my boys time with a fitting and then said he will not honor the sale price he promised. Management offered 10%. REALLY!!!?!?! Az Shame on this store. We will not be returning. Do not recommend.

  Visiting the store and purchasing 7 polo shirts on the 30th of November, the cashier white with the ears looking like a fighter was absolutely rude to me when I asked for bags once they are X-Mas gift. I have never received treatment like that. It was 5pm. His body language was poor, upseting and not welcoming. Boss spends millions in ad's but could alocate better training for staff.

  I visited the store today to purchase a few items, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The sales associate, Maria, seemed unprepared and uninterested she didn’t have clear answers to my questions, and every time she went to check a size in the stockroom, I had to wait quite a while. It really felt like she wasn’t familiar with the products and couldn’t provide helpful information. The store offers a good selection of sale items, but it definitely needs more attentive and knowledgeable staff who can truly represent the elegance of the brand and provide better customer service.
