  My first time at the store was about a year ago, the staff wasn’t familiar with their merchandise and had no way of going over the inventory to find a specific size. Today I went back for the second time and it was an again a completely careless bad experience. I called in the morning to ask about returning a pair of pants I bought in Los Angeles. They told me that the return would not be a problem, after driving an hour and a half to get to the store, the very aloof store attendant seemed to not even want to try to help, She was in the back of the store and seem bothered that a customer needed help, She declined my return because she said it wouldn’t come up in her system, Even though I had my receipt in hand and unworn pants, She did not want to help, I asked her to please call the store manager since I had called earlier that day , she very begrudgingly called, Only to begin the call telling her Manager why she was not going to do my return, The store manager very matter-of-factly, washed her hands of the situation by event, stating an unheard of policy that because it was in a different city, they would not accept itand I was left with receipt in hand, No refund and a nasty experience of dismissal. I will never come back to the store. Administration of the store is very poor, The employees lack customer service training, And they’re completely oblivious to their policies
