  i had the WORSE experience in this store , If you need to go Primark definately go the one in Orlando or anywhere NOT here, went yesterday store wasw super unorganized and crazy , i usually go to the Orlando Location and that one is busy but is organized and clean even when is full of tourist, but i found a nice pijama in a 50% off rag and had a red sticker that said it was $5 so i grabbed it , i made a 10 or more min line to pay just because i thought it was a great deal, so when i get to the Cashier and rings up as $18 i told the cashier why the tag said $5?? she didnt said anything and left i thought she was going to call the manger to override it or anything i waited like 5 min or more i was about to leave because i thought she left or something when she came back, she said that it was a new collection and didnt have a discount i kept questioning but why the tag said a different price? someone miss their job and price it wrong ? she very rude said no is new collection and idk what happed but no discuount (i worked in retail before and i know when a situation like that happens the store honors the tag price not matter what) she was very rude even when i was very nice to her , i didnt had te energy to call the manager or anything since by this time i was waiting 20-25 min just to PAY , so i left super dissapointed

  Shopped there a few months ago before the Christmas craze. It's busy! I found some Disney pajamas and my favorite Bambi weekender bag. It's very affordable - that bag was about $30 whereas Disney story would have charged easily $50+. I have very sensitive skin so cotton and linen fabric is a must. The PJs were made of cotton and very affordable, again for a Disney brand (Lion King), it would have been easily $30+. I worse the PJs since then, went through a few washes and no issues. My fiancee found a Ducks jersey which I myself couldn't even locate when I was in California where the Ducks are from. It's a store with lots of surprises with items that you might not find anywhere else, or you didn't think you would find it here. I definitely plan to make another visit after Christmas. Customer service was good, staff was nice and lots of cashiers moving the line. Despite the large crowd, the items are kept as organized as possible.

  recently visited your store and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience with the customer service. It felt like the staff weren’t interested in helping customers at all and more like we were inconveniencing them just by asking for assistance. I’d really appreciate it if the team could be a bit more attentive and customer-friendly in the future.

  I used to love coming to Primark and shop for work clothes, winter clothes, summer outfits and gifts! Now they do not have the same quality or style of clothes and NO PRICE on their tags! All employees said was to go to the cash registrar and ask for the prices. Why? This is time consuming and frustrating. I will not go back to Primark if this is going to be their policy.
