- MMm m5 days ago1.0I can’t begin to tell you how upset I am .. Shame on you guys . I ordered a Birthday arrangement for my Mothers Birthday when my Mother received the arrangement at 4pm in the afternoon. It was damaged and the fruit looked like it was in a hot car for the whole day plus the candy confetti was melted off the fruit . I called them to complain and No one cared !! Wow . I left a message for a call back and had received no response !!! Shame on you … Please be warned … Go some else if you’re trying to give someone you love a nice gift !!! I guess this location has no love ones !!! Don’t waste your money … I just paid one 100$ plus tip for a delivery disaster !!! Thank you for nothing !! Shame On you !!!!!

I called numerous times before someone picked up. I then received an email at 317pm stating it was delivered when in fact it was not! The store was closed by 12pm so I could not reach anyone. Customer service line is useless because they bring the call to the actual store...I Have not received any emails back from doing an online inquiry regarding this. I paid extra for same day delivery. I am incredibly upset by this due to the fact the recipient was someone whose sister had died....Thanks very little Edible arrangement for ruining this for me! ZERO STARS!!
