  I would honestly never refer this place to anybody, Their customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. They do not answer the phone. I placed an online order and received order confirmation and saw the payment taken from my card, I waited all day for the edible arrangements to deliver the order and at almost 10 PM. It said delivered but nothing ever came in, We then got a call the next morning from another customer saying they had the same name as my girlfriend so she received our package and the edible arrangement driver was coming back to pick up our order from her house and redeliver it, which is so disgusting especially when dealing with food but then to top it off, they never re-delivered anything or gave us a new freshly made order and just took my money and still 2 to 3 days later they have not responded to my emails or calls. I’m just dumbfounded how they can give somebody an order based on their name and not by the delivery address, This was the worst experience I’ve had with any service like this.

  Ordered my mom a Valentine's Day arrangement after my dad recently passed. On Feb. 14, I received an email saying my order was successfully delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. My mom even went on a wild goose chase to various neighbors' houses to see if it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. The email did not include any photos or proof of delivery. I left multiple messages for the store, but they don't answer or return calls. I tried calling the corporate number, which just redirected me back to the store that arranged my order. After filing a claim with my credit card and the Better Business Bureau, the arrangement randomly showed up on her doorstep the next day with zero explanation. The tiny $70 arrangement was already way overpriced, and the trouble my mom and I went to try to figure out what happened absolutely ruined our Valentine's Day when we were already grieving my dad's death. Thanks for nothing!

  What in the world is this? $150 and I get this? This is ridiculous. 1 rose and its dead! I dont usually do reviews but I literally had to share this. Google isnt going to be the only place I leave a review at. This is so ridiculous! Edible arrangements this is unacceptable. Additional to this review. This was ordered the day before valentine's day and didn't get it till after valentine's. It was scheduled to come the day of valentines day, even waited all day for it to come.

  Extremely disappointed. First time trying this and LAST! I tried to use the same day delivery to surprise my wife at work. I wanted to make it special for her. I purposely called this morning and sent and email on there website explaining that she might leave and want to verify it would be before she left. I got no response. We just as I thought she left work and I told her go back there was a surprise there and what does the driver do? Not leave it . I understand they might be new or just being cautious about not leavin but they could have called me and verified it was ok! I call and I’m told we can deliver it tomorrow. For what?? She knows already and it’s not a surprise anymore . I just want a refund. If they cared about making it right they should just deliver it on their own at no cost to me for this inconvenience. Terrible service! A simple phone call would have resolved it I was tracking the order all day that’s why I told her to go I ordered it for a reason! Not to be taken back

  I canceled this order due to them not abiding by the same day delivery, and they had the nerve to still charge me and deliver it the day after. They didn’t even knock on the door and it was left in the rain and heat over night. I have been trying to get them on the phone but it appears no one know how to speak or has the basic brain cells needed to answer the phone to engage in any form of customer service skills. I can’t not encourage you to save the aggravation and money more this place sucks and the people that work they who knows maybe there nice but there customer service skills are severely lacking
