  Horrible delivery. First stated delivered than delivered the wrong order. Had to pick up gift and still didn’t have complete order. Definitely Do Not Recommend

  I was supposed to receive an Easter delivery from Edible Arrangements on Saturday from a dear friend, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. I waited all day for the delivery, and at 8:00 PM the tracking status still showed that the order was not out for delivery. The next morning, I was shocked to see the status had suddenly changed to “delivered.” I live in a gated community where it is impossible to gain access without my permission, so there is simply no way the delivery could have been completed without contacting me. To make matters even worse, their customer service is nonexistent. I have called several times, left messages, and sent messages online — and no one has responded. My friend spent money on a thoughtful Easter gift that never arrived, and she deserves a refund. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

  Horrible service , purchased a congratulations package and the store shipped it with missing items , instead of canceling the order they argued that they were out of stock and I was supposed to be ok with what they had and offered no refund .after a lot of argueing they tried to replace missing items with happy birthday items . Will never do buisness there agian .

  I would honestly never refer this place to anybody, Their customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. They do not answer the phone. I placed an online order and received order confirmation and saw the payment taken from my card, I waited all day for the edible arrangements to deliver the order and at almost 10 PM. It said delivered but nothing ever came in, We then got a call the next morning from another customer saying they had the same name as my girlfriend so she received our package and the edible arrangement driver was coming back to pick up our order from her house and redeliver it, which is so disgusting especially when dealing with food but then to top it off, they never re-delivered anything or gave us a new freshly made order and just took my money and still 2 to 3 days later they have not responded to my emails or calls. I’m just dumbfounded how they can give somebody an order based on their name and not by the delivery address, This was the worst experience I’ve had with any service like this.
