  Juanita at the Tyrone Square Mall store was awesome today. She gracefully handled 4 customers simultaneously leaving no one feeling ignored or worried about ‘how long this will take’ She demonstrates great customer service - perhaps she’s due for a raise :)

  Absolute disaster. Went into order replacement lenses. Took the girl forever to place the order, she told me it would take a week and I would receive an email with everything. I received nothing. I have my physical receipt which says nothing about order #, etc. Here we are almost 3 weeks later...I called last Friday and the same girl who sold me the replacement parts took my call, was able to look up the order and said it showed "Arriving Dec 8th"... the date of me calling was Dec 12th. 4 days AFTER when they were showing to arrive. She said "Oh im sure its still on the way" and provides me with a tracking number that is non existent to UPS. Here we go again tonight...same girl answers the phone and states she cannot help me because she needs to restart the computer and will call me back in 10 minutes. Never called. I called back 35 minutes later to be told she cannot help me because shes not a manager. I reminded her she helped me last Friday and all she needed was my email to look up my SH account, thats all anyone has ever needed. She then "attempts" to look it up and then says she cannot help me because she doesn't normally work in that location. I even asked her if I were to walk in there right now - she wouldn't be able to look my account up? This makes no sense. I call the other location in the same mall and they say they cannot help! Nobody can do their job whether you walk in or call?? I would like an answer of where my $80+ lenses are, or my money back.

  This is hands-down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I brought my Ray-Bans into this Sunglass Hut because I had a screw that was frequently coming loose. I could tighten it myself, but I wanted a proper fix. The assistant manager, Juanita, told me it was “no problem,” that they “fix these all the time,” and she’d just order the correct screws. She assured me that once the screws arrived, anyone could fix them in 10–15 minutes and no appointment was needed. When I came back, it was an absolute disaster. Juanita put in the new screw and it was visibly wrong—sticking out, crooked, and clearly not aligned. Then I tried the glasses on and the entire frame was suddenly loose and wouldn’t sit on my face properly. Her solution? Try random other screws she had lying around… even though she supposedly ordered the exact ones for my model. After that, the hole looked stretched out and the glasses looked worse than when I arrived. After over an hour of this, she told me, “I think the bridge is broken now, I’ll have to order that too.” The bridge was perfectly fine before she touched them. Then she told me not to wear my glasses until the new parts come in because they could become more damaged. I left in tears because she had broken my $200 pair of glasses. And then it somehow got worse. I spoke to the manager, Danielle, thinking someone would take responsibility for the damage. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and actually claimed that the employee who broke my glasses did nothing wrong. She also said they “can’t guarantee they’ll be able to fix anything.” If that’s the case, YOU SHOULD TELL A CUSTOMER THAT BEFORE TOUCHING THEIR $200 SUNGLASSES. I would have never had them touch my glasses if there was a chance they would have been broken. They aren’t cheap. What was her solution after ruining my glasses? A $5 refund for the screws I paid for or 40% off a new pair which they run that sale all the time. That’s it. No apology. No accountability. No attempt to make it right. I walked in with fully wearable sunglasses that needed a tiny screw fix, and I walked out with a destroyed pair of Ray-Bans. This store takes zero responsibility and clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. I absolutely do NOT recommend bringing your glasses here for repairs. They have deinfluenced me from an ever shopping at a Sunglass hut again and honestly probably from ever buying raybans again
