My partner and I visited the store the day before to check out a few pairs of glasses, but we weren't ready to make a purchase at that time. The next day, we returned, and to our delight, the same employee was there to assist us again. Their customer service was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. We ended up buying several pairs of glasses, and we were pleasantly surprised by the range of discounts and great pricing offered. The employee took the time to explain the options available and made the entire process enjoyable. I highly recommend Sunglass Hut at Saint Augustine outlets, the smaller store for anyone in need of glasses. Their excellent service and competitive prices make it the perfect destination for your eyewear needs!

I lost my glasses less than a week after buying them from the bass pro shops in the world, golf village and they all laughed in my face telling me the protection plan doesn’t cover lost or stolen. That’s fine. I just wanted a little help getting a new pair so thankful that Bass pro shop sunglass hut didn’t deter me from coming to another sunglass hut. Emily Morgan completely fix the problem by simply being kind.
