  I have shopped personally in the store several times over the last four years … The staff is usually extremely friendly, And they’ve always had a great selection … On the evening of April 30th, at 6:57 PM, I walked in the store before closing, not knowing what time it was, and had just missed getting in in the morning a couple of times this week as well … The lady that was working inside was extremely rude to me, treated me like a vagabond, and told me to get out because they were closed … And as I was explaining to her the situation, she continued to be nasty … There was evil in her voice … As a Christian, successful business owner, and locally involved citizen, I am appalled by how I was treated …

  I hope people are aware that this chain offer substandard product that jcrew would never put into their regular stores. They created this line of clothing which is poorly made out of cheap fabric, bad cuts too with false “comparable prices” tags to create the illusion of a bargain. Even after the so called bargain the prices are still very high for something not even as good as h&m. I am shocked at the practice. Jcrew was actually attacked in a class action lawsuit over this but got away because the plaintiffs had unwittingly signed an arbitrary clause in the terms of use. Yikes!! Staff is nice.

  For a store that is always empty, you walk in and there is 0 customer service. The associates just ignore you and pretend you don’t exist. 2 stars because the sales are actually good.
