- JGJeremy Golden2 days ago1.0I don’t really shop at American Eagle, but I received a gift from there and I went to exchange it because it was to big and they said they could not exchange it because I didn’t have the tags or the receipt, Terrible experience, but this is why I don’t and never will shop there. I felt bad for the guy at the front desk because he checked in with his manager, trying to help me out, but his manager was adamant that they would not accept the pants back, even though I could clearly see them on the shelf And knew that they were still very new jeans.
- MRMarjorie RDec 17, 20251.0AE Tyrone Mall, stay away from this store .. very poorly informed people and serve you badly, I bought a pair of pants on black friday and when I went to exchange, they charged me the total amount, and the International Mall Tampa store made the exchange without charging the difference and they serve much better, It's worth driving to Tampa, much better than being poorly served and I felt robbed.
