I was disappointed and emailed that they had sent the wrong model to me. They apologized promptly, told me they did not have the board in the color I wanted and attached a FedEx return label. After another email where I asked for a small discount to keep the board they sent me, they offered to discount the board down to wholesale so I would be happy and to make up for the misunderstanding. I ended up with a great deal (they gave me nearly 4x what I asked for) and I'll get to surfskate with my son this weekend. Top notch customer service! Thanks again guys!

The store had a great selection of clothing, shoes and surf related gear. My husband purchased the paisley Surf Station t-shirt that was super soft and comfy! Unfortunately, the shirt accidentally got bleached right before Christmas! He was so sad that his favorite comfy shirt was ruined. When I checked the shirt size I realized we had cut the size tag out of the shirt.... fortunately a very kind & patient staff member at the store took a phone call from me and proceeded to measure the shoulder widths of several size shirts until we found the correct size! I placed the order a few days before Christmas not expecting it to arrive in time, but sure enough, it arrived in time to bring a big smile to his face. He is back to sporting his comfy Surf Station shirt all over Miami! Thank you for personalized and professional help! We truly appreciate the extra effort!
