My husband asked why that was and instead of explaining she pointed to the wall and repeated the previous statement. I told her that he could hear and she rolled her eyes. The other two people at the counter had their hands down and refused to step in which was weird. For a business selling non-essential items at such a high price paint, you would want your friendliness people t the front counter. The people who were stocking the shelves would be a better fit. Maybe some training in customer service could help
