  I love shopping at this location! All sales associates there are friendly but frankly I always ask for the store manager Anna. I know I'm not easy to deal with as I want to spend my hard earned money wisely and can take my sweet time making the right decision. I don't necessarily need friendly help but rather professional guidance. And that is exactly why I like when Anna is there. Her no nonsense approach helps me save my precious time and navigate through hundreds of watches. She never pressures me to get a new watch but somehow always manages to show me a piece that adds to my collection and reminds me on a daily basis why I work so hard to begin with.

  My family and I have made many purchases at this location throughout the years and have never received such lack of professionalism, leadership and willingness to work with the customer as I did back in April with the manager (Anna). This interaction unfortunately made this location loose good sales. It has taken me 8 months to return back to the St Augustine location due to this incident. I only returned to get the name of the manager and was pleasantly greeted and serviced by Antonio and Paula. Antonio and Paula have always provided excellent service which is why I’ve always gone back in the past. I’ve even had the pleasure of witnessing both Antonio and Paula with the other workers at this location and you can clearly see they all enjoy working together.

  Bad customer service. The blonde lady it seemed she was the manager ( not too old , was working around noon) she was so rude and talked to me with an attitude although we were leaving the store with 1,000$ worth watches. I told her kindly that I wanted a new watch from inside other than the one on display she was like No that’s all we have you don’t want it we don’t have anything for you. I confronted her and told her not to talk to me with that attitude. What a shame! Hiring people like her will definitely make sales go down!

  I spent a lot of time yesterday in the Movado company store in Saint Augustine, Florida outlets. This is a wonderful store with great service.. the two employees in the store Anna and Antonio could not have been more professional and helpful to me. I highly recommend you do your black Friday shopping and Christmas shopping here and for birthdays and anniversaries. I think they have something for everyone in many price ranges . About two hours after I made my purchase which was difficult because I had a hard time making up my mind between two specific watches. I changed my mind and came back for the watch I didn’t pick and they were wonderful about the exchange no problem or hassles. Thank you again Anna & Antonio. Sincerely, Barbara Hale
