  Absolutely amazing customer service. Can't say it enough. My wife called to arrange cupcakes and cookies for my father who lives in Spring Hill and we were so touched by how beautiful the arrangement was put together. Thank you Robin, that meant alot from us in New Jersey!

  Hi, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you so much!!!! I live in New Jersey, and I needed help getting a beautiful cookie cupcake arrangement for my father-in-law in Spring Hill. I spoke with a lovely woman named Robin who took my order and was incredibly kind, empathetic, and sincere. She truly went out of her way to make it special and personalize it for me💛. When my father-in-law received it, he was absolutely delighted—and honestly, it meant so much to me being all the way here in New Jersey. You helped make his day, and in turn, you made mine too!!! I just want you to know how much I appreciate the care and effort that went into everything. I will definitely be using your services again from this location every single time.   I don’t know if you have ordered from this store or not before, However, the people that work there put a lot of pride into what they do. They are very personable and the quality of the product is well worth the spend. They even do same day orders with no fuss. Chocolate covered pineapple is my favorite! Robin keeps the place running smoothly and I will definitely be ordering again soon!

  I almost never leave reviews, but I felt like I absolutely had to recognize this wonderful employee (manager). I recently received exceptional service from Robin, at Edible Arrangements ( 2711 Forest Road, Spring Hill, FL 34606). She is the most professional, sweetest, and kindest person that I've ever met from Eddie Arrangements. I've been ordering from them (at different store locations and online) for years, and not only was I assured that my item would be exactly what I ordered, but you could tell she took pride in her work and wanted her customers to truly be happy with what they ordered and that those who received the item were just as grateful. Sadly, the fruit basket I ordered was for a funeral. My cousin's loved it and said it was amazing. They greatly appreciated the sentiment, one because it wasn't flowers that would just wilt & be thrown out in a few days, but also because it was a beautiful condolence gesture. They said the fruit was absolutely delicious and very fresh. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Robin. You made a difficult and sad time a little brighter. 🙏🫶
