This store has some really neat merchandise and some great variety. However, I probably won't be spending any more money here.I bought two firearms from Bill the other day and he was extremely friendly and informative. Today I pick them up though and the two associates at the gun counter were pretty mean-spirited. Every customer that came up to the counter they were very Curt with and even gossiped about them with profanity right in front of me. What was coming out of their mouths was pretty pathetic as employees (especially right in front of a customer).I was also wanting to get some accessories for my purchases but they kept saying that they "wanted to get me out of there". They really made it clear that they wanted to the minimum. For instance, I wanted to buy an optic for my rifle, the older gentleman seemed very frustrated that I asked for him to take a few out of the case. he wouldn't even really listen to my needs. There were several other issues with this. Also, the process of just picking up the guns took close to an hour as they had to scan all of these receipts and fill out a million forms. I've never had that happen at Bass pro shop other similar outdoorsman retailers. It was a bit of an unfortunate experience as I was very excited with my purchases. I would have likely spent quite a lot more money here but just due to their attitude, I will be looking elsewhere.
A side note, it seemed like much of there inventory on the shelves didn't have a price on it. Lots of stuff. Had 20% off tags with no actual price, seems sketchy

Whatever you do, don’t buy any equipment from here because if there’s any defects on it, they will not replace it or exchange it. Just buy off Amazon then you can have a good return policy.
And people wonder why nobody wants to buy a local anymore literally can’t get my fishing pole out once and didn’t even get a fish as I was rolling knitting back the bride tip collapsed and broke off. You could see 100% The rod in real was not really even used, but once definitely not spending my money here again even Dicks and Bass Pro shop would have taken care of me, but not here . They want me to contact the manufacturer seems to me like that’s more of their job. They are still in the Product and it’s not even 15 days old They have nice stuff but just be prepared. If you have problems they’re not gonna help you.

Spacious, light, not much of a traffic. And easily explainable:
dismal selection, resulting in limited expertise.
Don'r be fooled by the online catalog: nothing of these items are
available.
To summarize: wasted 20 miles trip for nothing.
Merry Christmas!

Cannot recommend this place. Rude staff and management who were NOT helpful. Went in to ask them to simply air up a basketball that was being donated to our church for the children's Christmas present offering. Spoke to two people including a manager who refused to help me even though they advertise they offer this service. The assistant manager told me that "only the store manager can air up balls and he is on vacation for a week." I believe it was a pathetic excuse. A good manager delegates and cross trains their staff. I mean come on! Who doesn't know how to air up a ball! I'll be going to Acedemy for all of my future sporting good needs.

I have purchased a few guns and ammo from the Seminole store and the employees are all awesome. The last gun I purchased was online and delivered quickly to the store. I had a slight issue with it once it arrived but Tom the manager back in the gun area went above and beyond to help get my issue handled and way faster than I would have ever imagined. I highly recommend this store and all the employees there...Thank you for great service!
