Now I have been a rewards member and cardholder for at least 10 years and find this totally unacceptable!! Yes, it is within their 60 day return window. Yes, I had my receipt. No, it’s not a large amount, but this is a large company and I’m not even a drop in the bucket, but it’s the principle of the matter. I’m done with them and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
