Went in yesterday and used the restroom before my purchase. No water in the bathroom to wash your hands. They said they’re fixing it. So you nor the employees are able to wash their hands after pooping and peeing 🤷‍♀️ gross! Then I go to pay, ask for some hand sanitizer and they ring me up. Full price for 50% off tag. I ask why and she says you have to put your phone number in now to get the half off. I left. Why the heck does everyone want your phone number these days! Items are overpriced. Color tags of the week are usually no where to be found on that day, guess they put a lot of them back. Christmas items from dollar stores are $4.99 still with dollar store tags on them. I know goodwill is a huge rip off which is why I only go occasionally to see if I can find something half price. I don’t sell items they’re for me. So bye bye goodwill you lost me and the health dept got a call about your water situation.

Ever since they closed off the back of store it hasn’t been the same. Makes the store feel so much smaller . Just not what it used to be .

Really nice store. Lacked a star because of everything in bags. Very hard to shop like this. You have to dig and hold each bag up. Efficient for GW, but many lost sales due to inconvenience on buyer.

I used to like this store, but in the past 1-2 months, prices have gone up exponentially. These items are donated…I’m not sure why they are marked up so much. I will be avoiding this store until their prices come down to regular thrift prices.

I used to love our local good will. But they took away a good chunk of the store for merchandise. The prices for donated items have gotten pretty high. Just doesn’t feel the same anymore. Staff is still always nice . But this store just isn’t the way it was . Times change this is true . I just miss the openness . Not as much merchandise on the sales floor either like it used to be .
