  I made my first visit to the store today and was searching for a silk sleep mask. The two employees who helped me were very nice and eager to assist. Although they did not carry the item I was looking for, I appreciated their efforts to help. It was refreshing to encounter employees who offered assistance, as this is often not the case at other establishments, where staff can be unfriendly when asked for help. The store is smaller than the UTC location, but laid out nicely.

  I visited this store today with my sister and her husband. As soon as I walked in, I noticed a selection of beautiful purses that immediately caught my attention. While my sister and I were browsing, and her husband was standing nearby, a staff member approached us to ask if we needed assistance. This was completely understandable and appreciated. Shortly after, another employee approached us with the same question, which again seemed normal. However, as we continued browsing, I began to notice that staff members were lingering nearby and closely observing us in a way that felt unusual. We moved to another section of the store to look at shoes, and when I later returned to the purse section by myself, I did not experience the same level of attention. However, when I rejoined my sister and her husband to look at a purse I was considering purchasing for my mother, staff once again approached and remained nearby. At that point, the situation became uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was the first time I have experienced what felt like profiling in a retail setting, and it was upsetting. I understand that employees are there to provide assistance and maintain store security, but the inconsistency in how we were treated made the experience feel discouraging. I also understand that this store recently opened just a few days ago, but after reading other reviews, it seems that similar concerns have already been raised. This suggests there may be a broader issue with how staff are interacting with customers. I strongly encourage management to address this so that all customers feel equally welcome and respected. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to a more positive and inclusive experience for future shoppers.
