  Selections are missing many sizes which makes it hard to walk out with whatever you need. This location is difficult to drive to with terrible traffic. The best part of the visit was leaving, at least once we got to our car in the rain. I probably will go to another store next time, or order online.

  If I could give negative stars I would. I was trying to return a gift that my husband purchased for me and while I did not expect a refund, the store manager at the Lululemon at UTC in Sarasota, on Monday, March 23, at 12:10 pm -- dark hair, youngish, no glasses -- would not even give me a gift card. Nor would she give me her name. Items had the original tags on them. I have an account, and have returned things before for a store credit but she would not because I was about a week outside their window. She offered me $10 against a $128 jacket, and $10 against a $69 pair of pants. I've ordered from Lululemon and shopped in their stores for years and would sing their praises to everyone I know at my gym, but will no longer do that. My husband knows I (used to) love them, and he would shop at Lululemon when he was traveling (travels all over). He has purchased countless items for myself, and our children. I will make sure he does not shop there anymore. We live about an hour away and there are no stores nearby. PLEASE don't shop here. Don't patronize them online. There are other retailers with more respect for their customer base. Apparently the value of client loyalty and customer satisfaction has zero value here. Just don't patronize them.

  The most friendly and helpful people work here! I always have a good experience shopping in person here. I typically shop online, but when I need to make exchanges I go in person. I love that the staff here make it SO easy. I ask for what color and item I’m looking for and if it’s not available in store, they order it for me and ship it to my house. Today was especially nice and easy. The educator I had at the cash wrap was so nice! I wish I caught her name :(. But she has long brown hair, and really went above and beyond for me. Thank you!

  I was trying things on and had my drink on a table and an associate decided to take it upon herself to dump my drink out because of clutter. They should’ve taken my drink and put it behind the counter before dumping it as the drink was full. I just purchased this drink and it was a $15 beverage that I purchased right before entering the store. Therefore Lululemon lost my business that day because of neglect from a manager.
