  I had my first visit to Gorjana at UTC Mall Sarasota this past week & was so impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was enthusiastically welcomed by the store manager, Shania who went above and beyond to make the experience special for me. She was kind, attentive, and took the time to help me find pieces that fit my style perfectly. I didn’t feel rushed or hurried to buy things, it was a very one on one experience from start to finish! Every item she showed me was so beautiful, and I ended up falling in love with several pieces & she even helped me create a future wish list to share with my husband, which was such a thoughtful touch! The customer service here is unmatched. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and creating a personalized experience. I left feeling so happy with my purchases and already looking forward to my next visit. I can’t wait to come back and add more gorgeous pieces to my collection! Thank you Shania for the exceptional customer service, you are one of a kind!
