- MMMOct 7, 20252.0Very disappointed, I called the day before in the morning to order a birthday arrangement but unfortunately no one answered and I did not have time to call again until the evening, tried to place order again but was told to call back as they were busy and when I called back they said I would be best to call again in the morning or just place my order online. I tried calling again to confirm my order would arrive same day if placed today and was told yes, however not until between 3-6 today, which was fine so I went ahead and placed my order online which was easy and they had what I was looking for. After placing my order at 9:00 I received an automated email canceling my order rather than substituting my order for the alternative I selected as one of the options was not available… I decided instead to choose a different arrangement on their uber menu instead and was excited as this said it would arrive a bit earlier. After a few hours around noon, my order was then canceled yet again by edible arrangement. Unsure why and their uber menu is still active to place orders for today, this has left me scrambling to get a birthday bouquet and sweet treat for someone last minute when I had it all planned out this morning. I just wish there was a bit more communication on their end.

Mind you, it was a very short wait. Excellent customer service and excellent chocolate covered strawberries. 😊
- VNVictoria NiblettAug 13, 20251.0Very bad service, last week I placed an online order for the Sarasota location it was my friends birthday, when I went to pick up the order, the store was closed, I called the store and was transferred to the Bradenton store where a very rude and with no manners person answered, when I told him what was happening he said, the store is closed and if I want I need to go to the Bradenton store. I asked him if he were able to deliver the arrangement to a certain address, which he said no and I told him I was counting on this gift, to which he replied I was also counting on the employee to come to work and he hung up on me, obviously they refunded my money, but he never apologized or try to help me at all.
