  Carol was very sweet and kind. She helped me figure out my rewards program thing and it turned out I had a coupon. She was very patient with it all. The staff was great at helping in the store as well. Everything is very organized at this location. Only thing I’d add is a return rack outside of the fitting rooms or maybe it’s there and I missed it.

  Reminds me of a TJ Maxx. Nice variety of clothes and items. Very pleasant staff greeting you as soon as you enter.

  I find this store to be very very boring. A lot of nothing. They barely have much and whatever they have is really for a much older crowd. They have a few things for kids, but honestly the quality is not there. They have some cute Halloween and fall decor, as well as candy. I’ve been to other locations where shopping was somewhat exciting, maybe they are low on stock, after all school is back out and they may need to replenish their shelves, but this is one location I will not return to!

  Today we were followed around by an employee. Spent $65 in the store but nearly left everything behind due to this treatment. Talk about being profiled. Wow. I was extremely insulted. This employee, I won't mention names unless I'm asked. Followed us as soon as we entered the store. I went to the restroom and hubby was looking at hats. He picked a couple to show me then decided on one hat. I was looking at the pet toys and items then we headed to clothing and then hats and wallets. You know there are a ton of unique items at Bealls so you usually btowse. Well this lady approached my hubby at the hats started speaking to our service dog which you are not suppose to when they are working. Should educate the staff on this. Then we got to the hats and she stayed right there with us. Doing nothing but pretending to straightened an item the same way it was. I moved to the purses and she followed us there. Now I have a cart with a few items in it already keep.in mind. I continue to look at the handbags. Trying them on my shoulders to see if I liked the length. Hanging them right back where I found them. Walked around to the wallets / Wristlet bags and what do you know she stood a foot from me ... this was ridiculous. She was either right beside me or on the isle on the other side facing us watching.. I'm sorry if you have so much crime that you feel as if you need to stand by or follow.one like this. Extremely unprofessional. I use to work retail and caught many people from stealing. Physically seen them steal things. I get it but if you are doing it to one then you should have enough staff to treat Everyone this way and not target certain people. There was a couple other shoppers not being watched. Some older some my age. But she profiled us for some reason. Why because I had yoga pants on and not a dress? Hmmm I think I'll reach out to corporate on this one to let them know. I could have been a secret shopper and well that would not have gone over well at all for the review process. All and all dont assume that because what someone is wearing they are theives. Some people are just comfy with yoga pants. Its the weekend and when your not working you want comfy clothing. Just me maybe but anyways.. I almost asked her if I could help.her. unlike her... she never even asked if we needed help. Ya know what her job is to do. Oh she has checked us out at the register a few times before this.
