  Ordered online for pick up in store. It was super easy and convenient. Pick up was really quick as well. Love my new fit! It is comfortable and adorable!

  I went to Alo this morning at UTC and had the nicest and helpful sales girl named Alexa! She directed me towards an Alo active wear navy blue corduroy that she said she got for her mom. The top is cropped and pants tie at waist and are jogger style. I absolutely love the outfit and wore to the club today! Alexa is the best! Ask for her when you visit

  Horrible customer service. You’re not greeted at all. They didn’t even greet a few other people. There were like 4 people working. It was not a busy time. One lady was trying on shoes, that’s it! I bought things here when they opened. I went in here again a couple days ago looking for some pants. They did not have in store. I had to walk up and interrupt the workers talking to each other and ask if they had any. The guy looks at me and says sorry I guess we don’t have anymore. He DID NOT offer to order them or anything, they are in stock online. I was really surprised because not one store doesn’t ask that. It’s Christmas time, these are the times people are looking for gifts and you just brush people off. The people in this store either are not trained, lazy or don’t care. This store isn’t exactly cheap. Bottom line, the store is not going to be successful if this continues to be the trend. If they want to stay in that mall I hope they get it together. People here in Sarasota will call you out on things like this, we love doing reviews. You just got your 3rd one congrats.
