  So disappointed in the clothing! I went in and bought $2k worth of clothing and the pilling is insane like nothing I’ve ever seen before and ALL over. All of my clothes are ruined and my laundry room has fabric everywhere!!! Photos of all of the chunks that came out when I pulled a few pieces out.

Natalia is an asset to your company as she is such a lovely young lady,so helpful,friendly and extremely professional.

  Ordered online for pick up in store. It was super easy and convenient. Pick up was really quick as well. Love my new fit! It is comfortable and adorable!

  Horrible customer service. You’re not greeted at all. They didn’t even greet a few other people. There were like 4 people working. It was not a busy time. One lady was trying on shoes, that’s it! I bought things here when they opened. I went in here again a couple days ago looking for some pants. They did not have in store. I had to walk up and interrupt the workers talking to each other and ask if they had any. The guy looks at me and says sorry I guess we don’t have anymore. He DID NOT offer to order them or anything, they are in stock online. I was really surprised because not one store doesn’t ask that. It’s Christmas time, these are the times people are looking for gifts and you just brush people off. The people in this store either are not trained, lazy or don’t care. This store isn’t exactly cheap. Bottom line, the store is not going to be successful if this continues to be the trend. If they want to stay in that mall I hope they get it together. People here in Sarasota will call you out on things like this, we love doing reviews. You just got your 3rd one congrats.
