  The ladies were very nice and very polite and helped answer any questions my wife and I had about the sunglasses we were looking at. They were also very honest about the glasses I picked out. There were two scratches on the upper part of one lens and they pointed them out to me because I hadn’t noticed them. They ordered a new pair to be delivered to the store. I would recommend this store to others and I will return.

  Exchanged a pair of Oakley’s I recently purchased but was not happy with. Salesperson knew her stock and characteristics of each brand and model. Very impressive. Helped me select a new pair for a different look than what I am used to and she adjusted them to fit perfectly. When I left I was completely satisfied with my selection. Nice shopping experience.

  We have visited locations in Maui, California, Florida and even Illinois. This was by far our best experience yet. Lux, our sales associate extraordinaire, was amazing from beginning to end. While he did in fact have to help multiple customer groups while helping our party, every individual in our group of four felt special attention was provided to each of us. He was educational, offered fashion advice, and even tips for care and treatment of sunglasses. Every time a new buying group would come in he would make sure to engage with those parties still while providing us exceptional care. At times, our family felt sorry for Lux because of the fact that some buying groups would come in two and three times knowing all along that they were not interested in buying any sunglasses but to just mess around in the store with all of the sunglasses. Lux never got frustrated nor did it deter him from making sure those groups received warm welcomes and we were getting the care we needed in the process of ultimately buying four pairs of sunglasses. One for each member of our family, even though we only really came in to get sunglasses for the two kiddos. We went ahead and bought more sunglasses for my wife and I, even though we already have multiple pairs, because Lux was able to find sunglasses that met our unique needs perfectly and through education of company policies and current offers, we felt very comfortable we were getting a great value. This location, and especially the exceptional service Lux provided, should not be confused with the location at the Silver Sands outlet where the sales associate there was too wrapped up in making phone calls to other stores and to her boss to complain about people that one of her current customers had dealt with before her. Due to the fact there were a number of buying parties in the store at the time, I would have preferred her being less vocal and negative on the phone calls and trying to move along the process of helping that customer and ultimately moving on to the other buying groups in the store. Unfortunately she was too wrapped up in her tantrum to be able to provide that type of assistance and service. Even though the two stores are only 5 or so miles apart, there was obviously a huge difference in the quality of service offered. Thanks Lux, for making our visit a true pleasure for each of our family members.
