  This store is so beautiful and the staff is so extremely helpful. I was in there Super Bowl weekend and bought a few things however, they did not have the slippers that I wanted I thought I big deal I’ll find it online. Not that easy!! Couldn’t find them anywhere! I called the St Augustine store manager/associate Marian was so kind and extremely helpful looked up the SKU number also found the exact location where I can call and order it which was extremely helpful. Thank you 🙏

  Not sure what her name was. I think it was Lily. My wife and Nick came. She literally went in the back and pulled out all the stuff for my trips to the Turks in Geico and closing. I’ve never had such Customer Service. Also, there was another gentleman assisted me also I got to say who’s ever running the store well done will be back…

  I went to the store for a return on 6/2/19, when I walked in, no associates could be found. Apparently one walk next to me from out of nowhere and said, “you have a return?”, I said yes. Then she said can I help you find what you’re looking for? , I said No, I’m just looking. She then goes on to say more things, I said I have a receipt. She said, I’m not accusing you, I’m just bored and walk away. I felt it was racial profiling. Got to the register and the cashier wasn’t friendly at all. First time I experience that type of behavior. Not sure if I will return. Poor customer service!
