Prices are way higher than should be! I’m shopping retail Ross, TJMax, Marshalls for new stuff at goodwill prices! I have been a loyal goodwill customer for many years (30+years) and the prices are equivalent to pricing at Marshall’s, Tj maxx and Ross. What is the point of shopping there when I can buy new for the same price, or cheaper? The staff is so friendly, and never a problem. It’s a shame that goodwill has become another corporate motivated business. I won’t even donate to goodwill anymore. Getting my things for free, then overpricing for profit. It’s a shame.

Don’t waste your time. Hadn’t been in a few months so when visited the other day I was surprised at a few things. First the prices were ridiculous. If they could charge $5 for a roll of toilet paper they would. When addressing the prices I was told that they go on the internet and use prices they find there. No using common sense anymore and pricing for the customers base. Just greed. You get it for free and then price gauge as much as possible. Secondly, the store was filthy and very disorganized. Third, employees don’t seem to really want to be there. The store had empty shelves and the kid putting things out was moving like a snail. As I was leaving a little over an hour later. I did notice a kid with blue hair. He accomplished more with pushing out wares and clothing then during the entire time I waited around and had a great attitude. Best part of the visit to the location. All I left with was a pillow due to the pricing. Not worth the drive and won’t be coming back anytime soon. Do better by the community of thrift shoppers who have made you what you are to day.
