Therefore, I wouldn’t be charged even though I was and I needed them for that day… I told them that I was already charged when he emailed me to come and pick them up so they had said give it 3 to 5 business days.. two weeks later I went in to figure out what’s going on.. they told me that my card must have put a hold on the money and I said no I called them and they told me it was the merchant so they called somebody else and they had basically told them. Yeah they put a hold on it and then I would get it back with in 72 hours. I just don’t understand the miscommunication and I don’t understand why I would get an email that the order is packed and ready to be picked up when it wasn’t because they never packed it as the shoes were broken… and then to take almost a month to get my money back is also crazy considering I needed the shoes and had to go and spend money on a different pair…
