I was enjoying myself walking around enjoying the REM that was playing in the background. A little Shiny Happy People never hurt anyone. Then I come upon a pair of shoes. Quick double take and I looked for my size. A 10.5. Didn’t see one, but there was an obscure box in the boxes of shoes. It had a pair of these shoes in it. One of the shoes had one of those bonus % off at 30% inside one of the shoes..Couldn’t find my size, so I put them on. PERFECT FIT, and 30% off, now that sweetened the deal. I grabbed them up, met with the wife who had found a pair of shoes herself and off we went to the checkout. So they ring up both pair of shoes, my wife hands them her coupon (kind of the reason we went), and they said the coupon could not be used. Strike 1… Im a bit of a mathematician, had already done the math with my little 30% discount. $69.99 - $20.99 (30%) =$49.00. But the charge was $74.99. There were some questions asked, where did I get them, that’s not the right box etc. Eventually the check out person said, “oh, we made a mistake, that’s not the price”, pulled the sticker out of the shoe and threw it away, ditched the incorrect box, went over to the bunch of boxes and found a 10.5 somehow and charged me full price. I told her that was wrong. Strike 2…..Not my mistake they were mis priced, they should honor what I pulled off the shelf. Well no! We had a back and forth, I got angry and left the store leaving my wife at the counter. She paid for the shoes, and then asked for a bag for the 2 boxes of shoes. They replied they were out of bags. Strike 3…. So she came outside with boxes stacked in her hands. This is the last time we ever visit a DSW
- AAAllan ArnoldFeb 5, 20265.0I do Door Dash and am a male. I got a Dash today for this location. I had to pick up a pair of women's shoes and pantyhose. I got there and found the correct shoes, but when I opened the box, there was only one shoe in it! I went to the checkout and explained my situation. The girl was so nice and she contacted a girl that was stocking and explained the problem. That girl went so above and beyond! She not only found my missing shea, but assisted me in finding the pantyhose, because, I had no clue.

It kinda has a way of turning your stomach and making you want to walk out the door so that that’s exactly what I did. We want to go buy shoes, not walk into a nightclub With crappy music
