- LLlexi3 days ago1.0this place sucks. sorry to say, but it does. it’s constantly a mess, shoes and boxes all over the floor. i had found a shoe in the wrong box and completely missing the other one day this tall lady emilee was extremely rude and not very helpful. i asked to speak to a manager and she said “haha. no. i AM the manager” i’m not sure how DSW could employ such a rude and unprofessional individual. new management is needed immediately.
