  We held a party at Pinspiration for our 8 year old. Overall it went well, the only downside was the palpable stressed attitude of our party host from the moment we met her to the end of the party. Pro: -Cute and clean studio -Crafts prepared -Staff to assist young girls -During booking, staff was helpful -Helpers were kind and cheerful Con: -The owner, our party host was visibly stressed, short and unhappy. Hoping it was an off day for her but our experience was not as we expected after hearing positive things about the location. She was rude and snappy towards her employees multiple times- we were shocked by this behavior from an owner. Didn’t see her smile once, for a young birthday this was odd. Parents are not allowed to stay in the room, can pop in for pictures but then must leave. At the end of the party she announced to the Littles it’s time to find your parents then started cleaning up and had no other interaction with us. After the party our girls 8 and 10 said it was fun but the host was grouchy, even the kids picked up on the behavior. If hosing a party, ask for a different host.

  Visited on vacation. My niece loved the art project while my sisters and I enjoyed adult beverages. Clean, friendly staff, and an overall 5 star place!

  I can’t recommend this place highly enough for a birthday party. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make the party stress-free and enjoyable. The staff was attentive, organized, and they stayed engaged with the kids—keeping the energy positive and making sure every child was having fun. What really impressed me was their thoughtfulness after the party ended. I accidentally left something behind, and not only did they call me right away, but when I came back to pick it up, they actually ran it out to me in the parking lot. That extra level of care and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. We will absolutely be returning here for future projects and events!
