  I went in to buy some jeans and as I’m waiting to pay the lady at the register says one moment I’ll be right back and went to help a customer and I said okay no problem, by the time she arrived back there had formed a line as I was standing no longer in the line but at the register waiting as she told me to do so that she’d be right back and then she comes back and asks okay who’s next as if she didn’t tell me to wait on her coming right back causing the other customers to get upset with me thinking I am skipping the line so I asked her why would she cause that problem for me knowing I’ve been standing in line waiting and she had no response. That was extremely unprofessional to cause a conflict amongst me and the other clients waiting to pay when she could have just said “this person was in fact here first” so I had to wait while she stepped away which was fine but then I had to have people saying they were waiting before me is the real problem I didn’t mind waiting. I’ve never experienced this kind if situation where employees cause conflict I was in complete shock as an adult professional would allow that and not say a single word.   I came to JCpenny’s today, and bought my son a pair of pants, when I bought them THEY DIDN’T have a tag on them. The lady that I bought them from told me not to worry, if they don’t fit, you can get your money back because of your receipt. The Sales Associate MIMI. I bought them, never left the mall. Went to Macy’s because my wife and son was down there trying on clothes. He tried them on, they didn’t fit. So I came back to JCPenny’s spoke to two Managers. The First Lady, older lady, told me I couldn’t return them. After tongue wrestling with her, I asked to speak to someone above her. That’s when I met ALLAN. Spoke my case to him, he tried to tell me those weren’t the same pants. Now here goes the foolery. I’m currently waiting on Plantation Police Department I implore you goto Macy’s, or some place else that sells the same thing, because they will lie to you openly in your face. They will give you an incredibly hard time. And the only thing I’m returning are a pair of Nike Dri Fit pants. Don’t do it to yourself. Just goto Macy’s. They treat you better. Maybe it’s because I’m black. Because this is NOT HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS. I’m a General Manager myself. And this is horrible. I’m going to post this everywhere, so people stay clear of JCpennys. I’m quite sure if I was Hispanic, they would’ve taken them back. I’m not racist at all. But I definitely felt like I was being stereotyped. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!

  Found some great pants and they were randomly on sale! I didn’t know until check out, was a great surprise to save $30
