- CWChenelle WilsonNov 14, 20251.0Poor customer service on 11/14/25. The employees are disengaged, they do not communicate with customers and they let customers wait for several minutes while they stand in the front or in the break room. They let others wait in line while a customer was trying on clothes and changing items DURING the transaction. If this happens they should call for backup at the register .. I returned a pair of jeans and the return receipt printed. This means the transaction is complete, but no the employee wanted me to wait until she found a hanger to hang up the jeans on a nearby rack before giving me the receipt. I had to ask her for the receipt so that I could leave the store. This is a basic customer service expectation that seems ridiculous to even have to explain. There is no initiative to open a fitting room when they see a customer is waiting right in front of the fitting room area with several articles of clothing in their hand. This has happened on multiple occasions. Will not be returning to this location.

The Lady (Spanish lady with blonde hair) working tonight (11/6/25) just did not want to be there and was disrespectful, not communicative, did not attempt to help, and dismissive. I suggest anyone go to the Pembroke Pines Mall or Galleria Mall.

I normally like shopping at Express, but I had a really disappointing experience today. I tried to make an exchange with my receipt in hand, but they wouldn’t help me because one item was missing the small paper ticket. I never even wore or tried on the clothes - everything was brand new. I understand store policies, but it would be nice if there was a little more flexibility or willingness to accommodate honest customers. Hopefully Express can rethink this part of their service.

She assisted me with my transaction and checed to see if I had any rewards and/or if my coupons would apply to the promotional items. She exercised patience and professionalism.
