And agent did not for warn me about the 208 balance that I have the day of my installation. It’s like because it’s mandatory to get this device on my car agents are just throwing you in the fire treating anyway possible just make the appointment and get you off the phone. Then it’s impossible to get back in touch with your agent who signed you up, In my case her name was Carmen Torres made me feel all comfy that your making the write decision and really didn’t care..

These are the charges I’ve incurred from Nov 17 - Dec 1 $80; $51; 80; $44 and that’s not counting the mechanic’s $25 charge for each visit and I’ve gone 3 times in this short period. The customer service reps have been great, thankfully, because there are lockouts completely unrelated to drinking alcohol that prevent you from cranking the car. You’ll need to call & hopefully get a helpful person on the line. Expect to be on hold forever in the most desperate times of need. I’ve stayed on hold for 45 min while simultaneously trying to reach someone in the online chat. Override codes in these situations are $80 and that’s not counting the monthly charge. I can’t say this company is any better or worse than the rest. When you privatize something that is court ordered then it becomes a huge money maker for whatever corporation jumps on the opportunity. DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE. Period.

They don’t answer phones even after being on hold for hours, you start a chat and they don’t respond, they over charge, there equipment is faulty, they life… I lost my license and had to start the program over bc of wrong information from them!!! Do yourself a favor and call another vendor!!!
