  Disappointed today, took my watch for battery replacement. They gave it a good scratch trying to pry off the back case, then said they couldn’t get it off, I didn’t realise the big deep scratch till I got home. A quick google search showed that there are screws under the bezel, really shoddy servicing work.

  I lived in Pensacola during my College Athletic Career at UWF and Beach Lifeguard years 2012-2017 before leaving for the Coast guard. I have always walked past the Shop and never went in while I lived there, fast forward almost 10 years later I made a weekend anniversary trip with my wife and made a point to stop through and see their Rolex Selection to possibly celebrate. We were greeted with Fiji water! and Ashley let me try on basically every single Rolex they had available that I pointed out New and then eventually used just to see the other models, even some more than once to compare. Ashley never pressured me to buy or put my name down on the list for one, or did she ever show annoyance. Throughout Ashley showed professionalism proving their customer experience and satisfcation that we heard from a close friend who recommended us. In the end they did not have a explorer 36 at the time but they did have a 40mm and after trying on probably the 15th watch I saw an oyster perpetual 36 and it felt perfect, so I put my name down for a Explorer 36. I look foward to the call, but I also and excuse to come back to Pensacola and see the shop again, hopefully their new location is built the plans look amazing!

  On the so called wait list for a Rolex for two years,never heard from them.They did quickly adjust the band on a pre owned sub mariner I purchased last summer from another dealer. I would purchased from them but they don't seem willing to sell to me.

  Walked into store and greeted by a older woman with large square black rimmed glasses. I asked if they bought estate pieces and was informed no. I then asked if they take them on consignment and was told no. I was holding both pieces in my hand for her to look at but she did not even flinch. I am good with the no but her look to me as if I am crazy was not pleasent.

  Great store and even better people. I have replaced a wedding band and bought a few pieces of jewelry there over the past three years. I’ve worked with Allie and she is wonderful. Always helpful (and patient - which I appreciate). But when she isn’t there the other employees have been incredibly helpful. I travel from a neighboring state and Jewelers Trade Shop is my go-to store. Keep up the great customer service.
