  Just bought a $13 necklace just for the clasp mechanism to not open and the necklace literally fell apart in my hands. They have a no return policy on the necklace. Absolutely ridiculous to charge $13 for a necklace that wont open and will fall apart in your hands in the parking lot. Don’t not go.

  The employees are extremely rude and don't know what they are doing. they didn't put a purple tag and told me i couldn't return something that was returnable. stole $160 from me. don't recommend.

  First time in this store. The quality and variety of the dresses and pretty good prices for them ($70) was impressive. My 10yo was able to find two dresses she liked for homecoming. Sizes ranged from XXS to XL. They were incredibly busy. The line for the 6 changing rooms was almost out the door (literally it kept setting off the security alarm), but all of the employees were nice and the store was clean. I don’t recommend going the day you need a dress bc you will be standing in that dressing room line for a long time. But great experience otherwise and I’m glad we now know this store exists for HOCO style dresses.

  We came in at 7:30 pm and the first thing the 2 girls tell us is they close in 2 minutes. Even though the whole mall closes at 8, I honestly should put a complaint to the mall
