We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.     Awful customer service and inconsistent policy enforcement at this lululemon location. To be clear, I fully understand lululemon’s 30-day return window. I was not attempting to return the item for a refund. I was simply trying to exchange the jacket for the next size up because it was slightly too small — or receive store credit. lululemon explicitly allows exchanges or store credit beyond 30 days, especially during the extended holiday return period. The Define Jacket was purchased on October 17, and lululemon’s extended holiday returns began on October 20. The jacket was never worn, still had tags attached, was in the original bag, and I had the receipt. Despite all of this, I was immediately told no, with zero effort to explain the policy accurately, escalate the situation, or offer any alternative. I was treated as if I was asking for something unreasonable when I was not. In the same visit, I attempted to return or exchange a purse purchased just days before Christmas. I had the gift receipt, original packaging, and email receipts. The only issue was that the paper portion of the tag was missing, though the string tag was still attached. I was unaware of this. The associate insisted this made the return impossible, had me call my boyfriend in the store, and dismissed his explanation that the item was the last purse in the store and may not have had a tag to begin with — stating that was “impossible.” When asked directly whether accepting the return was simply at the store’s discretion, the associate confirmed that it was. So despite proof of purchase, recent transaction history, and unused condition, the return was denied purely because they chose not to accept it. Throughout the interaction, the staff were rude, dismissive, snotty, and unhelpful, offering no real assistance, empathy, or professionalism. For a brand that prides itself on guest experience and loyalty, this experience was unacceptable. For a new location, this is a terrible first impression. If this is the standard of service being set, I don’t see this store building long-term loyalty or lasting very long in the area.

    Let me start off by saying I love Lululemon and all that the company stands for. However, I went in store yesterday and had some frustrating moments. I went in to do some returns and get one pair of leggings hemmed from 28' to 25'. An associate informed me that today (yesterday) was the ONLY day out the entire year in which they cannot do hemming. Ironic right, and if this was listed anywhere on the website or app, this would not have been an issue. It seems like everything advertised in the pinnacle membership does not actually apply, "returns made easy", and "free hemming in store". This is not the kind of service I expected for Lululemon.
