  Our Sales Associate, Morgan, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to get to know my wife and I while showing us a number of watches. Excellent customer service! We will be coming back!

  We stopped by Jewelers Trade Shop because I wanted to get a few of my older battery‑operated watches running again so I could pass them down to my son. I’ve been wearing Citizen Eco‑Drive watches for years, so these pieces had been sitting untouched for a long time. The staff at Jewelers Trade Shop handled the battery replacements quickly and resized them to my son's wrist. They checked the seals, made sure the movements were still healthy, and got everything running without trying to upsell us. The prices were reasonable for the work, and the turnaround time was faster than we expected. If you have older watches you want to revive or pass on, this store is a solid option. We appreciated the straightforward service and the care they took with watches that have sentimental value.

  I was so happy to learn, that Pensacola has an official Rolex Service Center. My Datejust 41 from 2021 kept loosing time (couple of minutes per day) and was not building up the power reserve as it should. As it seems right now, the certified watchmaker was able to resolve the issue. Thank you! I was a little bit disappointed by the customer experience. When I got my watch back, it was not cleaned. Worse, there were fingerprints/stains visible on the watch from the repair itself. Also the correct time and date was not set (so I had to that at home to see if the issue was actually solved). I directly provided that feedback to the lady that handed back my watch. It did not trigger any action beyond “I am sorry”. Maybe I am too picky. But I would definitely expect a little more refined customer experience.

  We came to Jewelers Trade Shop for our anniversary gift for me. I have seen many David Yurman or Roberto Coin but without going to New Orleans it was hard to see them in person. I was so happy to see they have have so many variety! I had Megan and she was so helpful and was very consultive too. We will now come here instead of Tiffany or other Jeweler.
