After waiting all day, we reached out and we were told 45 min to an hour. The driver never showed up, and delivery was never made. We were told that we could have it delivered tomorrow or get a refund, but they could not make the delivery today like promised. The manager Chad was zero help and blamed it on the 3rd party company that was delivering. If i wanted to the delivery to be tomorrow, i would have scheduled it for tomorrow. The whole things was completely unprofessional and i will never recommend this company to anyone! . very unhappy.

Horrible horrible experience and no accountability. My friend didn’t get her gift and we won’t be refunded 5-7 days because they cannot manage servicing properly.
