  This is one of the worst stores in the mall for people of color, and I say this because I purchased a pair of jeans. They left the sensory on them, so I took them back so that they could remove the sensory from the pants so that I could wear them instead of the clerk that work there that was standing there texting on her phone did not say a word to me so I told her that you all forgot to take the sensory off my pant instead of her saying sorry she look at me and said do you have a receipt, keep in mind I had just walked in the store and straight to the checkout counter, if she were during her job she would have noticed when I came into the store. Instead, she was stealing time by texting and not working. So, if you are of color, beware of the craziness within this store.

  Rude manager. very bad customer service. Order not prepared when arrived so out of stock and wasting my time. If the order was “ready upon pickup” then she could’ve canceled it ahead of time since she said they were out of stock. Or offered to substitute

  The staff at this store could absolutely use additional training - not only in processes but customer service. I’ve had two experiences with Haley and she should flat out not be on a register. Doing a return here today - a process that should have taken <5 minutes - took over 10 because she wouldn’t communicate. She kept saying “I can’t guarantee it will go back on that card” instead of saying - you can try to scan your card and we will find out immediately if that’s the card that was used (I had used Apple Pay for an online purchase). Had she provided that information up front instead of how she handled the situation it would have been so much smoother and faster.

  I went there on a Friday looking for a specific pair of jeans. I asked one of the ladies (who I can only assume was the manager ) she stated they only sold those online. She was not helpful nor welcoming at all. She looked miserable to be truthful. I guess I walked in on her bad day. I will say the other young lady at the register was very sweet and helpful . Unfortunately I won't be back I'd rather make my purchases online.

  Will not buy. Using politics to advertise a clothing company will never be ok. The recent advertising content coming from this company is heartbreaking.
