  Worst customer service ever the lady with blonde hair would not let me return an item purchased online. So I called customer service and they stated I should be able to return and that they should have not told me that. Very rude, no help, no customer service. Will not purchase from the Pensacola location again.

  Terrible customer service. The two female employees on duty this evening merely leaned against the cash register counter, engaged with their cell phones while sipping their drinks, completely ignoring the eight customers present in the store! Moreover, the store was in total chaos. If you choose to neglect your customers, you could at least put your phones down and tidy up the store to make it more convenient for shopping! We will never return here again!

  I really hate to do this. In summary they could not help me with a simple exchange in store so I had to have customer service help me over the phone instead. I had done an online order of two items. When I went to the mall to try on other items to do an exchange I picked an item that cost less than the item I had originally ordered. When I made it to the register the associate told me that I could not do the exchange unless I paid 30 extra dollars for the item I was exchanging. That made no sense considering the item I chose was 10 dollars less than the item I originally ordered. I knew this was not right so I took my item home and called customer support. Over the phone customer support was able to easily do the exchange for the items just as it should have been done in store. Side note while I was there nobody helped me in the store and it took a very long time to be let in a fitting room. Safe to say I will be doing my shopping and returns online only now. Not that it matters to AE as a company just letting others know to save themselves the trip. Hope this helps. :)
