  I just went in to get a bra measurement, first of all she measured me at a 40C which i knew wasn’t right because im wearing a 36 band right now and it’s way too big. Then i tried on some other sizes and realized i’d have to order. Well, i get up to the register and ask for one 34G and one 36DDD. The cashier then tells me 34G is unavailable, okay. So i’ll just order two 36DDDs. Nope! She then tells me they don’t carry DDD. Again, i know this is false because i used to work for aerie, AND it’s available on the app. I left feeling confused and a little humiliated. It almost felt a little mean girl esque and fatphobic in a way. I’ll order them online, but i’m also going to be finding a new place to get my bras from now on, because this left a bad taste in my mouth about aerie.

  I arrived at 10 am this Tuesday with my daughter. We had never been there and were the only 2 shoppers there. The employees barely noticed us, never greeted us and looked tired and grouchy. They never smiled and seemed annoyed at our presence. Every Other store I have visited in this mall has great customer service. For the high prices, I was surprised the two 20ish employees were not more customer service oriented. The clothes are well made but not worth $70 for some sweat pants. The 30% section had some good stuff, but its still $50 for some heavy fabric, unique sweats and exercise gear. We spent $100 on 1 outfit and 2 hair ties. I will try to avoid this store in the future.

  Worst customer service ever the lady with blonde hair would not let me return an item purchased online. So I called customer service and they stated I should be able to return and that they should have not told me that. Very rude, no help, no customer service. Will not purchase from the Pensacola location again.

  Terrible customer service. The two female employees on duty this evening merely leaned against the cash register counter, engaged with their cell phones while sipping their drinks, completely ignoring the eight customers present in the store! Moreover, the store was in total chaos. If you choose to neglect your customers, you could at least put your phones down and tidy up the store to make it more convenient for shopping! We will never return here again!
