  It smells like a light sewage issue and the girl with long pony tail, dirty blond hair, is rude and dismissive and has an attitude issue.

  I hates to complain but I called at 1117 an ordered 59.97 worth of chocolate dipped strawberries an pineapples was told to pick up at 1230 ish went up at 1250 an they were not open so kids bday favorite dessert wasn't here an I had to prepay ..... I've always ordered from here. So disappointing 😞

  Ordered a birthday delivery for a friend yesterday, February 11th, to be delivered today, February 12th. We were told this morning 3-4 hours for delivery. After waiting all day, we reached out and we were told 45 min to an hour. The driver never showed up, and delivery was never made. We were told that we could have it delivered tomorrow or get a refund, but they could not make the delivery today like promised. The manager Chad was zero help and blamed it on the 3rd party company that was delivering. If i wanted to the delivery to be tomorrow, i would have scheduled it for tomorrow. The whole things was completely unprofessional and i will never recommend this company to anyone! . very unhappy.

  Today I ordered for a friend of mine, absolutely worse process I’ve been thru. Management staff didn’t even know their own systems and processes. Horrible horrible experience and no accountability. My friend didn’t get her gift and we won’t be refunded 5-7 days because they cannot manage servicing properly.
