  I wasn’t a fan of this location. The customer service was nonexistent, even though the employee with red hair walked by us several times and clearly saw we needed help with a pair of shoes. The store was empty, yet no one offered assistance or advice. I used to work at Windsor, so I’m very familiar with the return policy. Even though the shoes were damaged and covered in glitter, I was still willing to purchase them to avoid driving all the way to Dolphin Mall. However, she simply said there was no return policy without offering any explanation. We ended up going to the other store at Dolphin Mall instead. I just wish the customer service had been better.

  I visited the Windsor store on 01/09/2026 to return one skirt and one top. The top still had the tag attached, and I had my receipt. Elgie, who identified himself as the store manager, was at the register. This was honestly one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve ever had. Despite meeting all return requirements, Elgie repeatedly insisted on issuing store credit instead of refunding my purchase to my original form of payment. Only after a prolonged and upsetting back-and-forth—during which I had to raise my voice—was the refund finally processed back to my credit card. Customers should not have to argue to receive a refund they are clearly entitled to. If anyone from Windsor reads this: many retail stores have faced legal consequences over improper return practices. Customers should not be pressured or bullied into accepting something that is neither fair nor right. I am attaching photos of the top I returned for reference.

  Always such good outfits and the customer service is amazing. Johane and Margaret were SO helpful and helped me with my birthday outfits when I was freaking out.

  Windsor is located in the Pembroke Lakes Mall next to H&M. They are tucked between Dillards and JC Penney so you know where want to park closest entrance. Windsor sells women’s clothing including tops, bottoms, skirts, casual dresses, shoes, jewelry, hats, accessories and intimate wear. specializes in formalwear for girls and woman. My daughters like shopping here for their nice formal-ish dresses for homecoming, school dances, quinceañeras and special events. I find the dresses to be decent but they seem to like the options here. Prices can vary but considering material of some of these dresses, the pricing can be expensive for what it is. I can’t say I love the options here. Some dresses are nice and some cute options for going out but more for older girls, not really teenager girls. We also came here to shop for cute attire for concerts or fun events too. Service can be hit or miss. Most of the time we have a good experience but there have been times where we don’t get any service. Just depends on who is working. Make sure you are well aware of their return policy as they have a strict policy on returns & exchanges. My daughter wanted black heels and the shoes were $40, before buying I inquired about the return policy and the staff person assisting me confirmed the shoes were final sales!!! Even if you don’t wear them and want to return, you cannot! They have special return policies for certain things. Just be aware!!! RETURN POLICY: Within 14 days: Refund will be offered in the original form of payment with receipt, tags attached and no signs of wear. STORE CREDIT: Within 30 days: Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a store credit with receipt, tags attached and no signs of wear. FINAL SALES: No exchanges or returns on Special Occasion dresses, jewelry, fragrance, lingerie, hem tape, fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, swimwear, bag charms, lashes, lash glue, face gems and sale items.
