From the greeting to the Goodbye, it was complete 100% customer service. Especially one specific Employee "Sebastian". Me and my Husband live in Pompano Beach which is a pretty long distance from the store in which the near future we would definitely not hesitate to take the trip again just to be attended by him. He heard our needs and wants and voila! He was able to please my husbands to his content of purchasing Vans products once again after a recovery of an accident two years ago. I want to thank him so much for the memorable experience he had provided to us that day. Also, I would love for him to receive a recognition from management and or district manager. He is a sample employee that should be complemented and compensated for his outstanding Customer Service work Ethics. You can also have him train many employees to give them that positive amp and outlook of retail customer service persona. Having that change of ambience would have the ability to positively affect the future POS to go up. We were just going to leave with one item, but Sebastian did not push anything on us, instead he just made us feel comfortable and was very personable. We ended up purchasing ten items instead. Great Job!
