  UPDATE: I was able to speak with a corporate agent who assured me despite being a display pair, my glasses should’ve come with all the accessories including a protective case. If Cecilia, the exceptionally rude store manager had taken 5 minutes to actually check and do her job instead of being a sarcastic wreck, this could’ve been easily resolved. Instead I had to go to a different sunglass hut where they immediately confirmed my glasses were missing accessories and replaced them in less than 10 mins. Original: Cecilia the store manager is completely atrocious. Her employees are already not the most trained or helpful and she just tops it off. I was sold expensive glasses off display without a case or anything. Upon returning to the store the very next day, I politely explained the situation and she was instantly nasty and sarcastic. She was determined not to help stating that some glasses come as is even after I explained to her that I searched the sunglass hut store where it clearly states that those glasses come with protective cases. She had no patience or customer service etiquette. She was short, unhelpful, sarcastic and spoke to you as if you were stupid. When I asked for a manager she said that it was her smirking and when I asked for her name she was also super sarcastic telling me her first middle last and maiden name. Save your time and spend your money where you’ll at least get human decency. We shop for glasses often and I will never go back.

  Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life and I am pretty sure that the manager lies about her name every single time somebody asks her because she is that terrible at customer service and she doesn’t want anybody to know her real name. Based off of the other customer reviews here I know I’m not the problem and she is I will be calling corporate because This type of behavior is absolutely appalling, especially if she claims that she is a manager.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve been shopping at SunglassHut with my family for years and I have never experienced customer service like this store. The store manager, Melissa, was extremely rude to me from beginning to end. I walked in needing to return brand new sunglasses and she refused to help me claiming I needed to go back to Sawgrass Mall to return them, which I know isn’t true because I’ve made returns from different stores in the past. After I told her this, she continued to lie to me and became impossible to work with. I will never shop at this store again. Such a shame that they would hire a manager like that.

  I bought 3 pairs of glasses on 09/27/25 on Dolphin mall at Sunglasshut, a week later one of the Ray bans lost the little metal and I was by the sunglasshut locate at 11401 Pines Blv inside the mall to exchange for a new pair and the sales person told me that they could only order the part, that they couldn't do an exchange and for that I need to go were I bought them. Even with my receipt in hand and not a single scratch on them. In my dessapointmen I asked to please call corporate and they decline the call and decline giving me a phone for me to call. The associate was"you can find it online" she was very unpleasant and a very poor customer service. I will never buy in that store. Cashier was Christian 341465 and his manager name apparently is Ana Cecilia Bobadilla. They both should not have a job in retail, especially customer service. You two don't own the business and your are not complying with your employer policies. You two should find a different job. I had to drive all the way to Dolphin to do the exchange and they were very pleasant. That lady called manager is abusing of her position. I really hope you come across same situation and I really hope you don't get the chance to get even the part to be order.
