Love the shoes was standing at the counter ready to pay and I was the only customer ready to pay. I asked the young lady behind the counter who was at the register. Can someone ring me up please? She looked up and said in a second. Not only that there were 2 orher associates behind the counter. No one assisted me so I turned and left the $79 shoes on the counter. I don’t think it’s wise for store associate to tell paying customers. “ I’ll be with you in A second especially when no one else is standing in front at the register ready to pay. Not only that I’m a person who love Steve Madden 👠. I gave quite a few pairs. Need customer service training. Don’t think I will be going back to that store.
