There were no clothes lying around or unwrapped the presentation was clean and professional. Shortly after, I was greeted by a very friendly and kind sales associate named Daniela. She was extremely hospitable and helpful, and I genuinely appreciated her opinion and feedback on my clothing choices. Toward the end of my visit, during checkout, Daniela asked if I wanted to provide my phone number, but I declined at the time. Later, a friend mentioned that providing my number would have given me $10 off my purchase. I feel that’s an important piece of information that should be mentioned upfront, not just as a casual question. Other than that, my overall experience was excellent and Daniela’s customer service truly stood out.

Never buy a jacket from here, it's the worst quality you'll ever find. Complete scam. Staff won't help at all, they just say call customer service who also doesn't help. Terrible company :-(
