  We shop often at DXL across the country. This was by far the best for friendly sales people! The first time we went in, Will was helpful, patient, and encouraging. Will did such a great job, we went back! He remembered us, and stayed to talk for a few minutes as he was done with his shift. His boss, Marcella, took over and was equally as pleasant.

  I went and had a 3D Digital Scan done to size me up. It got perfect measurements. Then Erin was able to lead me to the sports jackets that would fit. She helped me get the items I needed and with fashion advice. After I got the items she was nice enough to steam the jacket and shirts so I could wear them without having to press them or take them to a dry cleaner.

  I give a 5 stars to Erin for giving me optimal customer service today! Walked in, got measured, showed me the options in my size, tried them on, PERFECT FIT, big smile and I was out! Looking forward to my next visit, thank you again Erin!

  I went to DXL store because of a problem with my order I made online. I spoke with Marcela Calvo and she helped me out with a solution as she was helping me I browsed the store and really liked a pair of shorts but they didn't have my size she went above and beyond to find the shorts in my size shipped to my house from another store I definitely will be shopping again with DXL because of the best shopping experience I've had in years
