  had an awesome experience at The Boot Store! I went in looking for a straw cowboy hat and was immediately impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff was. The girl who assisted me knew exactly what she was doing—she helped me find the perfect fit (size 8) in no time at all. It was quick, easy, and honestly one of the smoothest shopping experiences I’ve had. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The selection is great, the service is top-notch, and the whole vibe of the place just makes you want to come back. I can’t say enough good things about this store—if you’re looking for quality gear and excellent service, this is the place to go! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

  I purchased some work boots from here quite a while back they sold me on the manufacturer warranty that if there was something faulty with the boots I could return them Upon arrival today I just wanted to check and see if said warranty was still valid assuming it was NOT.. So I walked in and asked if the boots were still under warranty She stated it was up to her discretion She seen my boots asked for a receipt And upon seeing my receipt She immediately became rude and the questions i asked from their were responded to very defensive and aggressive it was quite comical the immediate change in behavior from the staff in this establishment my children were with me and also found it very wierd she felt the need to act and speak like that with such a simple question. My company and all of my employees will not be renewing there boots at this establishment and we will be passing the word to the local crews working out at tydallAFB

  I bought a pair of twisted x 7 months ago and was told they had a 1 year manufacturer warranty on defects. Within the last month the stitching has been coming undone. I went into the store and the second I said warranty or refund they all became very rude and you could tell they were saying no right off the bat. Then several ladies told me my boots weren’t labeled for my profession. Which I am in that profession but I’m a salesman all I do is walk and talk. Then the big mean boss lady comes and says it’s normal wear and tare. Well then why didn’t the first 4 ladies say that they tried to blame it on my job. They were all super unprofessional and rude and completely inconsiderate of why I was frustrated, I haven’t even had them but over half a year. Very unsatisfied and do not recommend to anyone.

  It wouldn’t let me leave 0 stars or I would have. Terrible customer service, every single lady in there was rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend to anyone!!
