Do we have a jeweler?
Yes! We do have a jeweler on the premises and your jewelry never leaves the store.
Do we have a layaway program?
Yes we do! Most layaways are for 3 months except when we start our Christmas in July sale and you can layaway until Christmas. We require 20% of the total down and a payment once a month.
Do we custom design jewelry?
Yes we do! We have two designers that will help you design the jewelry of your dreams. We work with a CAD
designer that has over 20 years of design experience. We also design in 3D to offer the most details out of your jewelry.
Do we offer watch repair?
We don't offer watch repair but we do offer battery replacement and link removal. Most can be done while you wait.
Do we buy gold and silver jewelry?
Yes we do and we buy diamonds and fine quality gemstones. We pay top dollar. We are not a pawn shop we are a second hand dealer. Second hand dealers can only purchase jewelry we can not offer you a pawn.
Do we offer appraisals?
This question can be confusing. We will gladly evaluate your jewelry to tell you what we would pay. This is not an appraisal. Appraisals are usually for insurance purposes and there is a charge for those. We give a detailed description of the item and can take a full day to do research and describe the piece to the best of our ability. Appraisals start off at $100 and up depending on the piece of jewelry.
